Air Shower Pass Through
As helpful as pass through chambers are in controlling cross contamination, it is sometimes necessary to go a step further to ensure that the cleanliness of your cleanroom is not compromised. That’s why we provide pass through chambers with a HEPA or ULPA filtered air shower purging for enhanced particle control. The HEPA or ULPA filter can be provided with a built-in blower unit or with a non-powered HEPA or ULPA unit for connection to an in-house air handling system. A mechanical interlocking mechanism is standard all Pacific Environmental Technologies, Inc. pass through chambers, which controls cross-contamination by allowing only one door at a time to be opened. These interlocking mechanisms are maintenance free and require no electrical power to operate.

Pacific Environmental Technologies pass through chambers are available in a variety of sizes and configurations to meet the most basic and complex applications, but can also be custom ordered to meet YOUR specific requirements. Floor mounted pass through chambers feature a small built-in low profile ramp to allow materials being transferred by cart to be easily pushed into and pulled out of the pass through chamber.

POLYPROPYLENE

Polypropylene cart pass through chamber with motorized fan/HEPA filter module. A door mounted micro switch activates the motorized fan, which purges the chamber with HEPA filtered air
Polypropylene housing accommodates the motorized fan and HEPA filter media with easy access pre-filter

STAINLESS STEEL

Side mounted motorized fan/HEPA filter module provides a constant purging of HEPA filtered air, which can be adjusted with the variable speed switch. Slide dampers located on the doors provide pressurization adjustment
HEPA filtered air for pressurization is provided by a dedicated in-house air handling system. Built-in magnehelic gauge displays the pressure differential after adjustment of the door mounted slide dampers
