| As helpful as pass through chambers
are in controlling cross contamination, it is sometimes necessary
to go a step further to ensure that the cleanliness of your cleanroom
is not compromised. That’s why we provide pass through chambers
with a HEPA or ULPA filtered air shower purging for enhanced particle
control. The HEPA or ULPA filter can be provided with a built-in
blower unit or with a non-powered HEPA or ULPA unit for connection
to an in-house air handling system. A mechanical interlocking mechanism
is standard all Pacific Environmental Technologies, Inc. pass through
chambers, which controls cross-contamination by allowing only one
door at a time to be opened. These interlocking mechanisms are
maintenance free and require no electrical power to operate.
Pacific Environmental Technologies pass through chambers are
available in a variety of sizes and configurations to meet the
most basic and complex applications, but can also be custom ordered
to meet YOUR specific requirements. Floor mounted pass through
chambers feature a small built-in low profile ramp to allow materials
being transferred by cart to be easily pushed into and pulled
out of the pass through chamber.
