Pacific
Environmental Technologies’ Modular
Clean Isolator Systemä is
designed to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers, from
easy cleanroom expansions to classification upgrades. Each Modular Clean Isolator Systemä is
built to meet a specific application (cleanroom or non-cleanroom)
and ISO cleanliness levels from ISO 4 through ISO 8 (Class 10
to Class 100,000). Additionally, they can be designed for use
as a negative pressure room for containment purposes. Whatever the requirement, the Modular Clean
Isolator Systemä and
its many standard and optional features is sure to accommodate
it.
The Modular Clean Isolator Systemä has a structural frame
that is designed to California’s “Seismic
Zone 4” requirements and to free span up to 24 feet. In addition, the Modular Clean Isolator Systemä can
carrying a ceiling load of 10 lbs per square on cleanrooms spanning
up to 20’, utilizing its standard interior frame joist and optional
heavy-duty 1 ½” ceiling grid.
Standard modular wall panels are ¼” thick
and features a white non-conductive smooth aluminum skin on both
sides. These modular wall panels are secured to a
2” aluminum framing system, which ties the entire structure together. Low wall air grilles can be installed for either
positive or negative pressure applications. The entire structural platform and 2” aluminum
framing system used on each Modular Clean Isolator Systemä, features
a durable, non-contaminating glossy white powder coated finish.
An optional feature that makes installation
of the electrical components quick and easy is the user-friendly,
pre-wiring system. This
optional pre-wiring system, consist of pre-fabricated armored
cable with modular plugs, which allow daisy chain electrical
connection to the cleanroom light fixtures and motorized HEPA
and/or ULPA filter modules. The
cleanroom light fixtures and HEPA and/or ULPA filter modules
are then connected to pre-wired junction boxes, part of the optional
pre-wiring system.
Each Modular Clean Isolator Systemä is pre-fabricated, labeled
and packaged for fast and easy on-site installation. Once the installation is complete, the visual
appearance and high tech look of these cleanroom systems are
sure to show case any application.
