Modular (Constructed) Cleanrooms

Cleanrooms are built to control a specific level of contamination, though each cleanroom is unique in that the application in which it serves should dictate the type of modular wall system to be used. For this reason, Pacific Environmental Technologies offers a large variety of modular hardwall systems to meet any cleanroom requirement, from Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing to Tissue Engineering.

ISO 7 (Class 10,000) certified cleanroom features no extrusions for a seamless finish for optimal clean-ability, making this modular wall system ideal for applications such as pharmaceutical compounding, which can also be provided with optional 316 stainless steel skins.

Our prefabricated modular hardwall cleanrooms can be used as freestanding, self-contained structures or used in conjunction with existing facility walls to create a larger cleanroom space. Modular hardwall cleanrooms can be easily modified, upgraded or expanded with minimal interruption to the existing cleanroom operation, or if the need arises, even relocated to a new facility.
We design, manufacture and package our modular hardwall cleanroom systems for shipment anywhere in the world, for quick and easy on-site installation, by you or by Pacific Environmental Technologies factory trained technicians. Our modular systems utilize a variety of wall panel materials and finishes, ranging from clear ¼” acrylic to 5 ½” load bearing stainless steel metal clad type panels. Cleanrooms can be provided as a basic single pass design or as a fully re-circulating cleanroom system with temperature & humidity control. Turn-key cleanrooms can be provided as well, which can included application required electrical systems, process utilities, static control, and a variety of flooring options and whatever else you might need to get for your cleanroom environment operational to meet your specific needs. In addition, our modular hardwall cleanrooms meet and/or exceed USP 797 requirements and can be provided to achieve any cleanliness level from ISO 4 – ISO 8 (Class 10 – Class 100,000).

This 7,800 sq. ft. modular cleanroom consist of multiple ISO 5 & ISO 6 (Class 100 & Class 1,000) cleanroom bays with equipment service chases. Designed around a structural steel equipment mezzanine, featuring a mechanical system utilizing chilled water and automated controls, laminated hardboard modular wall panels and clear anodized extruded aluminum framing system
