| Structural Steel Mezzanines |
| Shown below is part of a 10,150
sq. foot structural steel equipment mezzanine, which
will be used to accommodate the cleanroom air handlers,
chilled water piping, duct work, cleanroom house vacuum
system, electrical system, etc. and to create the cleanrooms
required negative pressure plenum. Columns will be
enclosed within the cleanroom walls creating low wall
returns for re-circulating cleanroom air back to the
negative pressure plenum |

| Pictured below is the completed
cleanroom, which is shown above still under construction.
The steel columns are now buried within the cleanrooms
numerous return air cavities. Not only do these return
air cavities help to provide a more uniform airflow,
but are also useful for distribution of other utilities
that may be needed within the cleanroom environment,
such as process piping, electrical and house vacuum
system |
